I created this company not just to inform people on chocolate tasting techniques, industry knowledge and where to find the world’s greatest chocolate spots in the most unlikely places, but also to share the joy and magic of chocolate with anyone who wishes to come along for an adventure.

I am also a proud member and judge for the Academy of Chocolate and International Chocolate Awards, Head Judge for  New Zealand Chocolate Awards, Head Chocolate Judge for Outstanding Food Producer Awards, and participate at global chocolate events including the London Chocolate Show, NW Chocolate Festival Seattle USA,  Finebrogue Chocolate & Fine Food Festival Northern Ireland, Grenada Chocolate Festival Caribbean and Chocstock NZ.
